By using HonestPet.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.  Delivery is arranged with independent, USDA-certified third-party transport providers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use J.KBullies.com and complete purchases.

Buyers acknowledge that photos, descriptions, and marketing content are for informational purposes only and may not perfectly represent the specific puppy purchased, as a puppy is a living creature that will grow and change with time.

Puppies are living animals and naturally subject to variation. J.KBullies does not guarantee health beyond the 10 Year Health & Genetic Guarantee, temperament, adult size, coat, color, or compatibility with other pets or individuals. Buyers assume all inherent risks associated with pet ownership.

Buyers agree to:

• Carefully review all puppy information before purchase
• Confirm legal eligibility and local breed restrictions
• Be financially and personally prepared for lifelong pet ownership
• Respond promptly to communication regarding delivery
• Cover all lifetime care costs (food, vet visits, training, grooming, etc.)

• Deposits are refundable only if: (1) the puppy becomes unavailable prior to delivery, (2) J.KBullies cancels the transaction, or (3) the buyer cancels within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After delivery, all sales are final, except as required by law.
• If a J.KBullies cancels, buyers will receive a full refund.
• J.KBullies may cancel a transaction if a puppy becomes unavailable or if there is suspected fraud or abuse. Full refunds will apply in such cases.
• Any processing or service fees may be non-refundable.

Delivery is coordinated through third-party transport providers. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by breeder readiness, buyer communication, weather, logistics, or force majeure. J.KBullies is not liable for delays or transport-related issues.

Sales are considered final once delivery occurs, except where prohibited by law. Buyers must report any health concerns, fraud, or material misrepresentation within 3 days of delivery to J.KBullies.com.
Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim relating to the puppy (including claims of misrepresentation, wrong puppy delivered, health condition, or deceptive advertising) shall be a refund of the purchase price actually paid, subject to applicable state law.
Certain states may impose specific guarantees or remedies for the sale of pets (“puppy lemon laws”). To the extent required by applicable law, such remedies apply and shall be the buyer’s sole recourse. HonestPet disclaims all other warranties and liabilities not required by law.

All payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). J.KBullies does not store full payment credentials and is not responsible for payment delays, failures, or data breaches caused by third-party providers.

Breeders are required to comply with applicable animal welfare laws and maintain necessary licenses or insurance. Buyers and breeders agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J.KBullies and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their conduct, purchases, or interactions on the platform.
Breeders are solely responsible for the accuracy of any representations regarding the health, breeding practices, or certifications of puppies. HonestPet relies on breeder-supplied information and is not responsible for false, misleading, or incomplete breeder claims.

If users create an account, they are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity under that account. J.KBullies is not responsible for unauthorized access or activity resulting from compromised login credentials.

J.KBullies reserves the right to deny service, cancel transactions, or suspend accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms. Violations may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

Users grant J.KBullies a royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted reviews, testimonials, or photos unless they opt out in writing. All content must be honest, not defamatory, and free from confidential or copyrighted materials. HonestPet may remove or moderate content at its discretion.

By using J.KBullies.com, you consent to receive transactional communications (purchase confirmations, delivery updates, etc.) and promotional emails (with the option to opt out at any time via email or unsubscribe links).

All content, branding, software, and design on HonestPet.com are the exclusive property of J.KBullies or its licensors. No content may be copied, republished, modified, or used without prior written permission.

J.KBullies aims to provide uninterrupted access to the website but does not guarantee uptime or error-free operation. Services may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. J.KBullies disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
J.KBullies makes no warranty that any listing, advertisement, or marketing material will be error-free, accurate, or reliable, and disclaims liability for any reliance placed on such materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, J.KBullies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the specific puppy in question.

All disputes arising from use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall occur in Arizona and shall be governed by Arizona law. By agreeing, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

J.KBullies may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Terms related to liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of this agreement.

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information.
